IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

*Access to the festival involves taking a ferry. The Washington Island Ferry Schedule and Rates can be found here. There will NOT be a late night ferry offered this year so please be mindful of the time if you plan on returning to the mainland.

Pets are allowed but must be on a leash, picked up after, and kept out of the swimming pond.

NO carry-in food and beverages are allowed within the stage area, with the exception of commercially purchased sealed bottles of water. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from our community partners within the stage area.

Excessive and underage drinking will not be tolerated.

If you plan on sleeping in a vehicle, you must purchase an appropriate campsite option. There will be no vehicles allowed in the GA camping.

Stage performances will take place 4 PM-11 PM on Friday and 3 PM - 11 PM on Saturday. Following the performances, acoustic campfire jams are welcomed throughout the night. Those with day passes will be asked to leave the campground after stage performances end at 11:00 PM.

Out of respect for the bands, please refrain from taking audio or video recording.

This is a rain or shine event so please come prepared. There will be no refunds on tickets sold unless the event is cancelled for events outside of our control.

Registration will open at 8:30 AM on Friday. However, checkout for campsites is at 11AM. There may be campers leaving the campgrounds on Friday morning. We ask for patience during this transition if your campsite is among those being flipped. You are welcome to explore the island or enjoy your time at the campground until you are able to unload your gear.

Due to various factors and restrictions, band merchandise will be cash only. Official festival merchandise can be paid for with cash or card.

Sol Grass Music Festival is proud to be partnering with the Washington Island Lions Club for the fifth year. All alcohol profits during this year's festival goes directly to the Lions Club. Lions Clubs International is the largest service club organization in the world. More than 1.4 million members in over 48,000 clubs are serving in 200 countries and geographic areas around the globe.
