2021 FESTIVAL DETAILS
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
*Access to the festival involves taking a ferry. The Washington Island Ferry Schedule and Rates can be found here.
There will be breakfast burritos available for purchase ($10) on Saturday morning, 8 AM - 9:30 AM.
Pets are allowed but must be on a leash, picked up after, and kept out of the swimming pond.
NO carry-in food and beverages are allowed within the festival concert area, with the exception of commercially purchased sealed bottles of water. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from our sponsors within the festival concert area. We are excited to be offering products from Door County Brewing Company, Island Orchard Cider, Tapuat Kombucha, and The Pointe Grille.
Excessive and underage drinking will not be tolerated.
If you plan on sleeping in a vehicle, you must purchase a campsite. There will be no vehicles allowed in the GA camping.
Stage performances will take place 4 PM-11 PM on Friday and 3 PM - 11 PM on Saturday. Those with day passes will be asked to leave after stage performances end at 11:00 PM.
Out of respect for the bands, please refrain from taking audio or video recording.
This is a rain or shine event so please come prepared. There will be no refunds on tickets sold unless the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions or a zombie apocalypse.
Registration will open at 8:30 AM on Friday. However, checkout for campsites is at 11AM. There may be campers leaving the campgrounds on Friday morning. We ask for patience during this transition if your campsite is among those being flipped. You are welcome to explore the island or enjoy your time at the campground until you are able to unload your gear.
There will be a midnight ferry back to the mainland on Saturday night for those who are interested in attending Saturday but not staying on the island. YOU MUST HAVE A RESERVATION. Email Pat@Backroadsevents.net to reserve your spot before it's full.
Sol Grass Music Festival is excited to be partnering with Gathering Ground, a local Washington Island non-profit. When you purchase any band merchandise at this year's festival, 15% of your sale will be directly donated to Gathering Ground. Due to various factors and restrictions, band merchandise will be cash only.
Sol Grass Music Festival is proud to be partnering with the Washington Island Lions Club for the second year. All alcohol profits during this year's festival goes directly to the Lions Club. Lions Clubs International is the largest service club organization in the world. More than 1.4 million members in over 48,000 clubs are serving in 200 countries and geographic areas around the globe. Since 1917, Lions have strengthened local communities through hands-on service and humanitarian projects.
ADDITIONAL FUN

There will be an open jam at Fiddlers Green on Thursday, 6/16 at 7 PM. Anyone planning on being on the island during that time is invited to join the fun!! Come hungry, their food is delicious! Venue opens at 5 PM
